John Willis holds a Ph.D in Organic & un-organic chemistry, and 25 years of experience in the battery industry, focusing on R&D, improvement of battery operation methods, and long time success service and solutions to large battery consumers around the world. Battery Equaliser^TM technology, invented and developed by John, has proved the most viable, successful method of battery refurbishment and extension of operation time. John is actively involved in training of the regional operators of the Battery Equaliser^TM International Refurbishment Facilities, and provides the highest level of professional support.

Gonen Ben-Haim - President
Having 25 years experience in management and operation of large logistic systems, consultancy and implementation of international projects, (MBA) Gonen Ben-Haim is responsible for business development, and implementation of logistic aspects of the Battery Equaliser^TM Refurbishment Facilities around the world.

Batia Epstein-Buchnick – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Having 15 years of experience in establishing and managing marketing, sales and service operations in hi-tech and technology oriented international companies, (MBA) Batia Epstein-Buchnick is responsible for the general management of Battery Equaliser International, as well as management of the training and implementation programs for the Battery Equaliser^TM Refurbishment Facilities.
